At Emerge Health and Wellness Medical Spa, we pride ourselves in bringing our clients to an environment where they can enjoy the highest levels of skin and body care. Our goal is to make an impact on all the lives we touch by offering the utmost level of service by trained professionals, in the most relaxing of environments for our highly valued clients, and thus, abide by the following Spa Etiquette. Check in:

Emerge Medical Spa kindly asks that our guests please arrive at least 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time in order to ensure that you receive your service promptly, as scheduled. Though we will always do our best to accommodate late arrivals, the length of service may be adjusted to not interrupt the scheduled appointments of other guests. Nevertheless, full price of scheduled services will apply, so please plan accordingly.

Reservations:

To ensure that you attain your desired appointments, we recommend scheduling as far in advance as possible in order to ensure availability. To accommodate your desired appointment, a credit card is required at the time of booking, to secure your reservation. This information is held as part of our cancellation policies, though guests may choose their method of payment upon checkout.

Cancellation Policies and Fees:

Your spa services are reserved especially for you! We truly value your business and ask that you respect our scheduling policies. Should the need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours prior. Appointments canceled less than 24 hours in advance are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to the half the cost of the scheduled service. Clients who miss their appointments with no prior notification will be charged in full for the scheduled service. We recognize that the time of both our clients, as well as our staff is very valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. When you are absent from a scheduled appointment with us, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment during that allotted time.

Cell Phones:

Emerge staff and guests kindly ask that you turn your cell phones to silent or vibrate upon arrival.

Prices and Services:

Prices and services are subject to change without notice. Though we do our best to keep clients up to date on changes, we encourage all clients to inquire about pricing and available services when booking.

Gratuity:

Gratuity is not included in the price of service or spa packages, though customary tipping ranges from 15% to 20% of the service total, this total is at the discretion of the client. You may tip the therapist in the room or upon check out at the front desk with cash. Unfortunately, Emerge Medical Spa is unable to process tips on credit cards or gift certificates.

Gift Certificate Policy:

Gift Certificates are available in any amount and may be purchased at the spa. Unfortunately, we are unable to process any returns or reimburse any payment transactions on gift certificates even if lost, misplaced, or stolen. Gift certificates cannot be redeemed as cash and must be physically present at check-out in order to be used, as they are no longer reserved on client files.
